The Small Print
When you make a booking at Shrub Farm Lodge you are entering a contract agreement with us so please read the terms and conditions of booking below.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is between 4.00pm and 7.30pm and we ask that you leave by 11.00am on the morning of your departure.
Talk to us about alternative times if required.
To secure your reservation we would ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address (if you have one). A deposit of £25.00 per night booked will secure the booking. We will then send you an email to acknowledge receipt of this and confirm the booking (or letter by post if no email).
The full cost of your stay is due for payment on arrival and we regret that we can only accept cash. Alternatively you could make payment by bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation and Insurance
If you make a cancellation within 7 days of your arrival we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of your stay as booked and will invoice you accordingly. If you do not arrive you will be charged for the full cost of your stay as booked. Similar conditions prevail should you need to cut short your stay.
If you have annual Travel Insurance cover you may be able to claim any cancellation or non-arrival charges against this. If you do not have this cover we recommend that you take out a short term policy which you can do ‘on line’ with your chosen company.
We really do hope that you enjoy your stay with us and whilst we are sure you will respect our home, we should point out that we do reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused to equipment, furniture or furnishings during your stay.
The Lodge is a totally no-smoking establishment, this includes the patio, covered porch area and garden. Although we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy, Assistance Dogs are welcome.
